Our Approach
Our training model is built on role-based methodology as compared to product-based methodology.
Placement Assistance
Placement assistance will be provided to trainees by working with third-party vendors (staffing companies).
We have collaborated with more than 150 staffing companies who assist our trainees in finding the right organization for placement. We also provide other services such as resume preparation guidance, resume marketing, conducting mock interviews, etc.
Recruitment Services
This is a simple idea, but we take it very seriously.
In this demand and supply era, we know that our customers don’t have the time or resources to sift through hundreds (or thousands) of resumes when they need an immediate placement solution. Our job is to find the best candidates in the market and present them to our customers in a timely manner.
